About Institute of Possibility Thinking

The Art of Change

A specialized approach to Energy Psychology where bio-energetics and a proprietary CBT called Possibility Thinking provide a solution to permanent change.A growing body of scientific research and literature recognizes that disruptions in mood and thought can be driven by the body — specifically by disturbances in the body’s bio-energetic patterns. Simply put, we carry emotions, negative beliefs and trauma both in our bodies and thoughts that keep us from living in full health, productive work and satisfying relationships.

Founder of the Institute of Possibility Thinking, Susan Hansted MA, MFT and a mind share of Energy Psychology professionals work with clients one on one to get to the root cause of what is keeping them from living their purpose with clarity and achieving their goals, also known as “end game.” Together, we explore limiting beliefs and behaviors through a journey of personal and business transformation. Possibility Thinking works to break the cycle of perception that drives behavior and evokes stressful emotional responses. These unconscious responses drain the mind and the body’s energy. When the cycle is broken, limiting beliefs fade away and clients start to look at the world and their relationship to the world differently.
